HDB Rallye Lite Install

All Sets Include:

1 - HDB Top Clamp,

1 - HDB Lowers with 4xM10 and 2xM8 bolts,

1 - HDB Tower Mount w/Scott’s mounting plate and 2xM6 Screws and 4xM8 bolts

2 – Aluminum or HDPE Side Plates,

2 – Fairing Mount Backing Plates w/ 6xM6 Screws and 6xWashers,

2 – Standoffs w/4xM8 screws and 4xWashers,

1 - RB Mount w/4xM8 screws and 4xWashers,

Pro kit Includes:

1 – Lower Tower Mount w/ 2xM6 Screws, 2xWashers, w/ 2xM8 Screws, 2xWashers

1 - P Clamp Mount w/ 2xM6 Screws, 2xWashers and 2 P Clamps,

For Squadron Mounts,

4 – Spacers w/ 4xM6 Screws, 4xWashers and 4xRubber Backed Washers,

For ADVMonster LED Mounts,

First let's go through the parts.

Tower Mount, these come in 3 sizes, 90mm 4-bolt, 100mm and 106mm.

Lower Clamps.

Side Plates, these come in 3 styles, Pro, AL and HDPE.

Fairing Mount Backing Plates.

Lower Side Plates (Pro Kit Only).

Lower Tower Mount. (Pro Kit Only)

Roadbook Holder mount and Standoffs.

And now the kits.

Rallye Lite Pro.

Rallye Lite AL.

Rallye Lite HDPE.

Rallye Lite DS is the same as the HDPE kit w/o the Roadbook holder mount.

Here's how everything goes together.

1. It's best if you strip the bike down to the triple clamps.

2. Bolt the Tower Mount to the upper triple with the Lower Clamps.

3. Bolt on the Side Plates. For wiring purposes we usually leave one side off till the end.

4. Bolt Standoffs and Fairing Mount Backing Plates on the insde of the side plates.

Align with the radial slots, this is to adjust the angle of the fairing. (Shown w/HDPE Side Plates for contrast)

5. Bolt on the Lower Tower mount and Lower Side Plates. (Pro Kit Only)

6. Pro Kit all mounted up w/o lights and RB Mount. Tip, we leave the RB mount bolted to the Roadbook Bracket for easy removal.

5. Bolt on the handlebars and Top Clamp. (Pro Kit Only)

For ADVMonster LED Mounts, (LED's not included)

2 – LED Mounts w/ 2xM6 Screws and 2xWashers,

For Fairing add on kit

1 - HDB Fairing,

2 – Faring Brackets w/ 4xM6 Screws, 8xWashers and 4xNyloc Nuts,

Mount the brakets to the fairing, then mount the fairing to the tower though the radial slots in the side plates into the fairing backing plates,
